I think gastric band surgeries are a better choice for those looking for a lower body weight. The surgery itself is reversible and you lose weight gradually and normally without liposuction or major cuts. My sister had a similar surgery at Oband center and she is enjoying the results now.

For topical treatments I found a probiotic skincare line that works wonders. Although somewhat pricey, look for SK1N Probiotic Systems. All natural ingredients and they use both prebiotics and probiotics.

This is good coverage about an important bill. To register your support for the EARLY Act, you can easily send an e-mail to your US Senators through http://earlyactawareness.org.

Breast surgeon Ernie Bodai highlights why this bill is so important, at www.sacbee.com/opinion/story/2104877.html?storylink=pd,

There's more about assessing your individual risk of getting breast cancer, and about the HALO Breast Pap Test (disclosure: a client of ours) at www.NeoMatrix.com.

I hope you'll take a moment to record your support of the EARLY Act at http://earlyactawareness.org

Circumcision is a dangerous distraction in the fight against AIDS. There are no six African countries where men are more likely to be HIV+ if they've been circumcised: Cameroon, Ghana, Lesotho, Malawi, Rwanda, and Swaziland. Eg in Malawi, the HIV rate is 13.2% among circumcised men, but only 9.5% among intact men. In Rwanda, the HIV rate is 3.5% among circumcised men, but only 2.1% among intact men. If circumcision really worked against AIDS, this just wouldn't happen. We now have people calling circumcision a "vaccine" or "invisible condom", and viewing circumcision as an alternative to condoms.

The study into male-to-female transmission you're talking about showed a 50% higher rate in the group where the men had been circumcised btw. Think about that. Eight additional women seem to have been infected with HIV solely because their partners were circumcised.

Why has the promotion of male circumcision been allowed to continue without clear evidence that it doesn't increase the rate of male-to-female transmission?

ABC (Abstinence, Being faithful, Condoms) is the way forward. Promoting genital surgery will cost African lives, not save them.
